QR code menu for cafés and restaurants

The trick with a QR menu is that the QR never changes — only the page behind it does. QR Studio hosts a simple, fast menu page for free. Edit an item and it's live instantly.

Step by step

1. 1

   Go to My pages → New page → Menu. Give it a name.

   Add categories (Coffee, Breakfast…) and items with prices, descriptions and emoji. Mark specials as popular or new.

   Pick a theme and add your logo, opening hours and WhatsApp number.

   In the Publish tab choose an address like /m/cafe-luna, turn on Published, then click Create a QR for this page.

   Choose the table tent template, download the PDF and print one per table.

Tips

• Mark sold-out items instead of deleting them — one tap to bring them back.
• Laminate table tents or use a sticker inside a menu holder; they last longer.
• Your page has a view counter in My pages so you can see how many people scanned.
